What started off as an attempt to shed a light onto the black coffee roaster scene in 2020 turned into a hub for creation in the Miami food & beverage world, prioritizing the work of fellow bipoc lgbtq+ folk.

Blk Brw’s main values are education, inclusivity, and community. We intend to create a safe space for bipoc lgbtqia+ folk in the industry, a space for us to hone our craft and showcase our ingenuity freely. We host workshops diving into the various food industry sectors, share tips on how to navigate this industry, and host pop-ups so we can flex our muscles.

Although we started with coffee, the word brew encompasses so many different crafts and our goal is to shed a light onto as many as we can.
